Update: Bobbi Brown BB cream & long wear even finish foundation

Hi Glamifys,

Just wanted to update you all regarding the Bobbi brown bb cream and foundation.

It’s amazing. This is by far my most favorite combination! I’ve never actually liked any foundation this much.

Just a background. My skin is combination dry on the sides with oily t zone. And when I say oily! It’s really oily. Any foundation or bb creams oxidize within a few hours giving an ashy grayish finish.

I currently use the bb cream as a base. It cancels out most of the redness. Keeps the face nice and natural. Most of the scars are concealed well. It acts like a moisturizer and primer all in one. Far better than the makeup forever hd primer which doesn’t sit well on the skin. Or the Stila primer that does not blend as effortlessly as Bobbi’s.

The foundation is then use to just cover up my t zone. I use majority of the foundation on the t zone and whatever is left on the brush, I will apply on the sides of my face. The foundation is absorbed well into the skin. Far better than the bourjois healthy mix gel foundation. Bourjois seems to oxidize after a few hours and needs reapplication of powder. I love Bobbi anytime compared to MAC’s long wear foundation which is extremely thick and difficult to blend.

Just an idea of how this combination had stayed on my face. I applied it at 1 pm. Headed for a Long day walking around town in 40 degrees heat and was sweaty. Went bowling (non-recreational) and ended the day at midnight.

The foundation did not oxidize. The colour and coverage was the same as when I applied. My face looked flawless and dewy. I no longer use concealer. I don’t need it! Absolutely amazing

I am truly amazed. Please give this combination a try if you can spare $120 as it is definitely worth it

5 stars in my humble opinion!
