Review: Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain #001 Honey

Hi Glamifys,

Spotted something new at Watsons/Guardians Singapore recently. The Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain.

They are practically Clinique’s chubby stick inspired. Retail at SGD 18.90 without the discounts or rebates.

I bought the colour #001 Honey and I am really liking it.

It has a minty smell and taste to it. When you first put it on, its like putting peppermint lip balm on it. The colour is pretty translucent so be sure to put on a few layers to build it up. There are 7 colours currently in stores ranging from nudes to deep reds to hot pink.

The product stays on pretty long and keeps your lips moisturized. The colour is supposed to be a light stain so it stays slightly longer than regular lip balms.

What I like most about this is that the stain and the balm is mixed into 1. There are plenty of stains out there that look like whiteboard markers and have the transparent lip balm on the other end of the marker.

The Revlon’s stick is also solid and sturdy. You can swipe the product quite roughly on your lips without the stick breaking into half. Just twist the silver portion at the bottom of the pen to push up for more product. (very good for lazy bums like me who hate sharpening)

Will give it a few more days before I start considering the other colours 🙂

Let me know what you think…

Cheers,

Glamify Sg
