Review: Entire series of Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain collection.

Hi Glamifys,

John Little, Watsons & Guardian are having 25% off their Revlon products so I thought I would go back to check out on the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain collection.

I currently own #001 honey and I have been loving it. Honey is a pretty nude for me. See previous post on Honey.

Its pinkish and matches my natural lip colour. I wanted another balm stain that was slightly darker and redder.

You can find 8 shades in the Singapore stores. They officially retail at SGD 18.90 each. I purchased mine at 25% off from John Little. After discount, I paid SGD 14.17 for the Adore.

I personally do not fancy pink. Pinks make me look a little washed out. If you are daring and adventurous, the hot pinks will be such an eye-catcher. If you like to go nude and au natural, go for Precious. I was so tempted to purchase it except that Adore would be more practical when you want to amp up your look. Honey was already a natural colour for me and having Precious would sort of be a duplicate look.

They come in jumbo sticks.

I love that the red is not overpowering. It is translucent and since it is a stain, the red looks like you bit your lip and the lip turned a natural red.

The colour last really long as well. I wipe off the balm before I eat and although the lips do not have any more product on, the stain had seeped into my skin and the lips still have the red tinge on them. It easily washes out at the end of the day with your regular facial cleanser.

The balm stains are builable. On the left, I have Honey and on the right is Adore. The top strokes are 1 application. Middle strokes are 3 applications. Bottom strokes are 5 applications. Even with 5 applications, your lips don’t feel like its overloaded with lip balm. There is no sticky feeling to it as well.

This might be interesting for some of you to know how much product you are getting in one stick. It is about a regular lipstick circumference and the height is 1 and a half inches.
